Just a few of the mouth-watering restaurants you’ll find in the hotel are Grill Le Cervin, a 14 Gault-Millau point restaurant which specialises in meat dishes, Le Restaurant, which will take you on a culinary tour of the world and Ristorante Capri, a Mediterranean restaurant with a view from the 4th floor, boasting 17 Gault-Millau points and a Michelin star.

A partnership with the Schweizerhof Zermatt means that guests can also have a relaxed night of BBQ and Pizza at Schweizerhof Kitchen, indulge in the best Swiss cheeses at the Cheese Factory and explore Peruvian and Asian dishes at La Muna. Go further afield into Zermatt village and discover Myoko, a specialist sushi and teppanyaki restaurant with 13 Gault-Millau points, Eat & Drink 1818, a grill restaurant with 13 Gault-Millau points, along with many, many more.

Whilst the children are entertained in the playroom, soak in the vast vistas of the mountain peaks in the indoor, outdoor and whirlpools after melting into relaxation in the saunas and steam baths in the wellness centre.

After an exhilarating day on the powdery pistes, there’s nothing better than coming back to the tranquillity and elegance of Mont Cevin Palace.
