Tenerife is the largest and one of the most beautiful of Spain’s Canary Islands, often known as the island of ‘eternal spring’, Tenerife enjoys warm and sunny weather all year round. In addition to some fabulous luxury resort hotels such as Bahia Del Duque and Ritz-Carlton Abama, Tenerife also has an abundance of attractions, activities and experiences to keep even the most active of travellers entertained.
Home to a UNESCO World Heritage Site which hosts a ten-mile wide volcanic crater with Mount Teide at its centre. At 3,718 metres Teide is Spain’s highest peak and a must see when visiting Tenerife. Tour the island by car and take in the stunning beauty of the black sand beaches at Playa Los Gigantes and Playa Bollullo among many others. Children (and adults) will love the diverse animal life housed at the world famous Loro Parque zoo.
