Ski Butler Service
Powder Byrne Ski Butler Service ensures that our clients can get onto the slopes as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
This dedicated service means that Powder Byrne will have your ski passes and the best ski hire ready for you on your arrival. The service also includes the complimentary replacement of any lost or stolen ski passes when notified immediately so that we can help make alternative arrangements for you.
The service is fully wrapped with a member of our team waiting to greet you each morning in your ski boot rooms to assist with your boots and equipment before accompanying you to the slopes.
This year, we will be using PandaDocs which will allow you to easily input your family’s height, weight, and shoe size. To access the form, you will need to provide your name and email. Please fill in your Ski Butler information in the form
We work with the best equipment providers who have the latest and widest choice of skis, snowboards, boots, and hiking equipment available. Your family will be hosted by Powder Byrne through the collection of your rental equipment to avoid any hassle. The ski hire prices vary depending on your requirements and will be payable locally.
Furthermore, your resort team will collect, check and prepare your ski passes and present them to you upon arrival so that you avoid any long queues at the ticket office.
If you are bringing your own skis, please inform us if you would like us to arrange any servicing before your first full day on the mountain. We can also help your family with any additional ski clothing or accessory shopping requests.
Please note, at times there may be some elements of the Ski Butler Service that are not possible in some resorts. Please speak with the Client Concierge team for more information.
Please note: All holiday extra items and arrangements (including but not limited to ski passes, snowsports instruction, programmes, services, shopping, spa, and restaurant bookings), which are confirmed by you or on your behalf, or have been paid for, or required to be paid for upfront, or are secured by Powder Byrne (these may be using the card details we hold on your account), are subject to a minimum cancellation charge of 10% at any time before 60 days prior to your departure date, a minimum of 50% of the full cost if cancelled 60-31 days prior to departure date, and 100% cancellation charge 30 days or less prior to your departure date. We shall make efforts where possible to speak with suppliers to offer credit for cancelled items but this is not always possible.
