The Guarda Sana spa is home to a sauna with its own outside terrace, an open-air hot tub, a fully equipped fitness room as well as a peeling shower, an incredible wooden bath barrel and a hay bath. You can also enjoy a variety of massages and cosmetic treatments during your stay. The spa is open every day from 11.00am – 9.00pm. Please note, the sauna is mixed and some nudity is likely. Children under 16 can use all the spa facilities accompanied by an adult until 3.00pm but there are no children allowed after 3.00pm.
